Paige's Organic Omega-3 Pumpkin Bread

     4 1/2 c  whole wheat flour	 (organic if possible)	
         4 c  sugar (organic if possible)	
     1 1/2 c  ground flax seed meal	(organic if possible)	
     2 2/3 t  soda
     1 1/2 t  salt
         1 T  cinnamon
         1 T  nutmeg
         2 t  cloves
       3.5 c  pumpkin (2 cans)	(organic if possible)		 
         6    large eggs (organic omega-3 fortified ifpossible) 		
         1 c  oil (flaxseed oil if possible)
         1 c  water
					
     Mix dry ingredients, add remianing and beat. 
     Pour into four greased loaf pans. 

	 Bake @ 350 for one hour, or untill knife comes out clean.

	 Makes about four loaves of 8 slices each.
